Biography
Dr. Subhas Mukhopadhyay holds a B.E.E. (gold medallist), M.E.E., Ph.D. (India) and Doctor of Engineering (Japan). He has over 32 years of teaching, industrial and research experience.

Currently he is working as a Professor of Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, Macquarie University, Australia and is the Discipline Leader of the Mechatronics Engineering Degree Programme. Before joining Macquarie he worked as Professor of Sensing Technology, Massey University, New Zealand. His fields of interest include Smart Sensors and sensing technology, instrumentation techniques, wireless sensors and network (WSN), Internet of Things (IoT), healthcare, wearables etc. He has supervised over 55 postgraduate students and over 150 Honours students. He has examined over 80 postgraduate theses.

He has published over 450 papers in different international journals and conference proceedings, written 10 books and 52 book chapters and edited 18 conference proceedings. He has also edited 35 books with Springer-Verlag and 34 journal special issues. He has organized over 20 international conferences as either General Chairs/co-chairs or Technical Programme Chair. He has delivered 415 presentations including keynote, invited, tutorial and special lectures.

He is a Fellow of IEEE (USA), a Fellow of IET (UK), a Fellow of IETE (India). He is a Topical Editor of IEEE Sensors journal. He is also associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurements and IEEE Transactions on Review of Biomedical Engineering. He is a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Sensors Council from 2017 to 2022. He is the Founding chair of the IEEE Sensors Council NSW chapter.

Biography
Pethuru Raj PhD has been working as the chief architect and vice president at the Edge AI division, Reliance Jio Platforms Ltd. (JPL), Bangalore. Previously he worked in IBM global Cloud center of Excellence (CoE), Wipro consulting services (WCS), and Robert Bosch Corporate Research (CR). In total, he has gained more than 22 years of IT industry experience and 8 years of research experience. Finished the CSIR-sponsored PhD degree at Anna University, Chennai and continued with the UGC-sponsored postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Computer Science and Automation, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Thereafter, he was granted a couple of international research fellowships (JSPS and JST) to work as a research scientist for 3.5 years in two leading Japanese universities.

Biography
Prof. Daniel Thalmann is a Swiss and Canadian Computer Scientist. He is currently Honorary Professor at EPFL and Director of Research development at MIRALab Sarl. Pioneer in research on Virtual Humans, his current research interests include social robots, crowd simulation and Virtual Reality. Daniel Thalmann has been the Founder of The Virtual Reality Lab (VRlab) at EPFL, Switzerland, Professor at The University of Montreal and Visiting Professor/ Researcher at CERN, University of Nebraska, University of Tokyo, and National University of Singapore. From 2009 to 2017, he was Visiting Professor at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is coeditor-in-chief of the Journal of Computer Animation and Virtual Worlds, and member of the editorial board of 12 other journals. Daniel Thalmann was member of numerous Program Committees, Program Chair and CoChair of several conferences including IEEE VR, ACM VRST, and ACM VRCAI. Daniel Thalmann has published more than 600 papers in Graphics, Animation, and Virtual Reality. He is coeditor of 30 books, and coauthor of several books including 'Crowd Simulation' (second edition 2012) and 'Stepping Into Virtual Reality' (2007), published by Springer. He received his PhD in Computer Science in 1977 from the University of Geneva and an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) from University Paul- Sabatier in Toulouse, France, in 2003. He also received the Eurographics Distinguished Career Award in 2010, the 2012 Canadian Human Computer Communications Society Achievement Award, and the CGI 2015 Career Achievement.

Pankaj ojha is currently serving in Deutsche Bank as Vice President at Florida, USA. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank He has served as Senior Consultant in various multinational organizations like Oracle Corporation, Infosys Limited for Anti Financial crime department to curb Terrorist financing, Anti Money Laundering globally.
Pankaj Ojha has served for Research and development departments of Center for Development of advanced computing (CDAC-R&D) and worked on integration of super computer Param Padma which is a hallmark of Indian Self reliance in computing with Indian Satellite interfacing systems of ISRO-SAC for disaster management systems.
He has also worked for Indian Navratana PSU Bharat Electronic Limited (BEL) in the capacity of executive engineer and part of a team working on mission critical system development for Indian Radar systems and Submarines.

Pankaj Ojha is founder of VishwaSarathi Trust which is an international humanitarian aid organization. He is actively working for various causes of girl child education and food, cloths for homeless internationally. He is mentoring hundreds of engineers for upskilling them to better opportunities across the world.
